MAUNA LANI CAREERS - A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Ho'okipa, or the Hawaiian value of hospitality, is at the core of the Mauna Lani's mission to create memorable and cherished experiences for our guests.  Ho'okipa can be expressed as the unselfish giving and sharing of Aloha or the outpouring of your inner spirit.  Attaining such a lofty goal takes a unique combination of an exceptional product coupled with uncompromising service. One cannot exist without the other.

Engaging and genuine care - Pūlama does not happen by accident.  Mauna Lani associates are selected for their passion, pride and dedication in striving towards personal and professional success.  Mea Ho'okipa are those individuals that embrace the idea that pleasure and contentment can only be realized by giving freely of oneself in their interactions with others.
